It's not his real name. His real name is Kim Jung Ill. Great name, but I digress.

Why did he shoot off all those rockets? The talking heads are trying to figure it out. Is this some sort of power play? Is he trying to pit the US against China? Keep his military on edge? Extort more concessi0ns???

Inquiring minds want to know.

I know. Here is the reason (drum roll please):

It's because he had all those rockets and they make such pretty fire when they go up.

Kim Jung Ill is in power because his poppa was in power.
Kim Jung Ill is shallow.
Kim Jung Ill is less of a man than his poppa.

North Korea has Dear Leader, we have Fearless Leader. At least ours doesn't demand we shoot off rockets or enact policies which lead to mass starvation. At least ours in not sequestered behind toady layers.
